Shipping policy

Delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is then assured in 4 to 6 working days from dispatch, depending on your location in mainland France.

These deadlines are given for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Lunayla Milan cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers, weather conditions, strikes, or any event beyond our control.

Delivery zones

We currently deliver to mainland France and Corsica. For any delivery request in the French overseas territories or internationally, contact us at contact@lunayla.com before placing an order.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be communicated to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours to be active on the carrier's site.

Parcel not received

If you do not receive your package within the time frame indicated, you have 15 calendar days from the estimated shipping date to inform us. After this period, no complaints relating to delivery can be taken into account. Lunayla Milan will then open an investigation with the carrier, the result of which may take up to 21 days.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when ordering. Lunayla Milan cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs may be charged in this case.

Delivery attempt failed

In the event of absence when the carrier passes, the package will be left at a relay point or put on hold. If the package is not collected within the time allowed by the carrier, it will be returned to us. Redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
